A new set of housing buildings containing 21 homes, has been built in the Maribor City, overlooking the river Drava and Pohorje mountain.
Ventilated façade with fibercement panels in combination with different materials, creates contrasting textures and corresponding colour tones. The combination of these colours has reinforced the aesthetic appearance. Apart from the aesthetic possibilities, the ventilated facade system also provides significant energy savings, protects the building from external humidity, creating a healthier environment for the residents. The chosen finish was the Hydro panels, in Deserto tones, with modern, expressed panel layout design.
